The Centre for Community Resilience and Advocacy Foundation (CCRAF) is committed to promoting mental wellbeing, emotional resilience, and informed career decision-making among students and youth through its Mental Health & Career Guidance Mission. The initiative aims to create safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments where students can openly express themselves, build self-confidence, manage stress, and make meaningful academic and career choices.
CCRAF conducts interactive workshops, counselling sessions, happiness and wellbeing activities, life-skills education programmes, and career guidance sessions in schools and communities. The mission integrates mental health awareness with career planning to help students understand their strengths, interests, emotional wellbeing, and future opportunities. Through engaging activities, discussions, assessments, motivational sessions, and counselling support, CCRAF empowers young minds to become emotionally strong, socially responsible, and future-ready individuals.
