With professional experience as a journalist, he has worked with several reputed newspapers and digital media platforms, contributing extensively to social, developmental, and public-interest issues. A pioneer entrepreneur in the clothing industry of Sanganer, he has successfully demonstrated a sustainable model of women empowerment through community-level engagement, skill training, and employment generation for women. His work bridges media, entrepreneurship, and grassroots social development.

Dr. Ganesh Narayan Choudhary is the Co-founder and Director of the Centre for Community Resilience and Advocacy Foundation (CCRAF). He holds a Ph.D. in Social Work and an MSW with specialization in Mental Health and Community Development, and is UGC-JRF and NET qualified. He has over a decade of experience in research, teaching, counselling, and project coordination, and has worked with reputed national institutions including NIDM (MHA), NISD (MoSJE), ICMR-NIIRNCD, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVS), and academic universities. His expertise lies in psychosocial interventions, student mental health, disaster risk reduction, and community-based development initiatives.

Anamika Chakravarty works as the Project Coordinator – Psycho-education and Life Skills at the Centre for Community Resilience and Advocacy Foundation (CCRAF). She is a trained psychology professional with over five years of experience in school counselling, psycho-education, and student well-being programmes. She has worked with schools, orphan care institutions, and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, focusing on emotional well-being, stress management, behavioural support, and life skills education. Experienced in CBT, REBT, and holistic counselling approaches, she actively designs and coordinates preventive mental health and life skills interventions for students and communities.
